At 13 years old, my life changed in an instant.
While most kids my age were focused on school, sports, and friends, I was facing something far bigger—a stroke. It forced me to slow down, relearn, and rebuild parts of my life that I once took for granted. The journey wasn’t easy. There were moments of frustration, doubt, and uncertainty about what my future would look like.
But that experience gave me something powerful: perspective.
I learned what it truly means to fight for progress—step by step, rep by rep, day by day. I discovered how strong the human body and mind can be when pushed, challenged, and supported the right way.
Fitness became more than just exercise for me. It became a tool for recovery, confidence, and control over my own life again.
Now, as a personal trainer, I bring that same mindset to every person I work with. I understand what it feels like to start from zero, to feel limited, or to wonder if change is even possible. And I also know what it takes to push past that.
My mission is simple: to help others build strength—not just physically, but mentally. Whether you're just starting out, coming back from an injury, or trying to reach a new level, I’m here to guide you with real experience, patience, and purpose.
